It's almost the end of Reptile Week at Nixon Park...so we had to start our day with a very fun trip there to visit the many snakes, lizards, and turtles! True, the following pics have some cute kids (and a stuffed bumble bee pillow pet)...but NO REPTILES - our little ones said "no thank you" when asked to touch or pose with ANY of them...they must get that from their father...

Then it was home for lunch and off to Wrightsville for "the boys" to get haircuts: Carson's SIXTH one and Tad's ???? one!

The only thing lacking in MY day was NO STARBUCKS...but then a surprise card and "special gift card" showed up at my door...just in time...really lifted my spirits...thanks so much A.R. YOU ARE AWESOME and it was MUCH APPRECIATED!!!
