OK...so I have finally decided it's time to "blog"...and try to take you on a daily journey of our family life! Well, "daily" may be a bit ambitious...but I will try to at least post weekly!
June was a busy month that went by so fast...I'll give you a quick summary: Courtlyn participated in a 2 week Safety Town, and graduated "with honors", of course! Court also takes a weekly piano lesson with her awesome teacher, Miss Becky, and she is really enjoying it! We are amazed at her progress...our little "musician". She still LOVES books and is the constant PRINCESS!!!
Carson is happy as ever, and BIG as ever!!! He started taking a Tiny Tumblers gymnastics class once a week and LOVES it! His "hot dog rolls" and "donkey kicks" are really coming along! His most favorite things in life are TRASH TRUCKS, LAWN MOWERS, and LEMON PROPEL WATER???
Tad is an amazing husband and daddy to our kids. He works hard and yet is always ready to help with anything Courtlyn, Carson, or I need. He just finished some curriculum writing at school this week and is looking forward to being home with us more this coming week!
As for me...I'm chasing the kiddos around and LOVING IT! Also....cooking and baking.......addicted...I know! Today we enjoyed some yummy pulled pork, mac and cheese, and corn on the cob...along with some chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert. There was also some delicious garden cucumber and baby carrots that made an appearance...gotta get some healthy things in there too!
