Fakesgiving!!!

Happy Fakesgiving!!!

For those who are unfamiliar with the "Fakesgiving"Holiday...let me explain:

It all began with an extra frozen turkey....and it blossomed into (what we hope will be) a yearly tradition!!!  Thanks to the Roperti's, our wonderful friends with the turkey!, we had all the fixins of a beautiful and scrumptious Thanksgiving...only in JUNE!  Turkey, Stuffin' Muffins (Homemade Stuffing placed into muffin tins), Carrot Souffle, Green Beans with Bacon and Mushrooms (yay bacon!!!), Mashed Potatoes, Corn Casserole, and Gravy.  (Oh, yeah, I said gravy!)  I mean...Dave and Ali had "the works" and it was ALL DELICIOUS!!!  And, yes, there was dessert too...Cherry Chiffon and Chocolate Oreo Fudge Ice Cream Cake:)
Thanks to best friends who are generous not only with their home, food and family, but their time as well!!!
